Jobs in the UK and Jobs in Australia are not as plentiful as they were a few years ago. It has become difficult finding a decent job. This is due to the GFC and the closing of a large number of both small and large businesses.
Employers now have the pick of staff with only the best being hired. This is a good time for a business to fire any under performing staff and replace them with the best they can find. This could lead to a great improvement in their business.
